All eyes turned to Luo Chen once more.
“Are you threatening me?” Luo Chen smiled.
“You may understand it that way!” The Vajra Guru’s eyes showed an imposing look, and he stared coldly at Luo Chen.
Many people’s hearts were about to leap out of their throats, because the decision now rested entirely on Luo Chen alone.
“Crack!”
The sudden sound left everyone stunned, or rather caught everyone somewhat off guard.
Labu Yangzong’s neck broke directly, and his entire head flopped to one side, hanging from his neck with a thud.
Then Luo Chen loosened his grip, and Labu Yangzong’s entire body fell directly to the ground. On his face, he still carried a trace of shock before death.
Clearly he had not expected that Luo Chen would actually kill him in front of his master.
This was of course deliberate on Luo Chen’s part. He had waited so long precisely to kill him in front of his master.
After all, Luo Chen had said, to kill a man is to pierce his heart.
But everyone knew it was over. In front of the Vajra Guru, he had directly killed his disciple, his only disciple, and also his most beloved disciple.
Killing intent swept forth. The golden lotus beneath the Vajra Guru’s feet instantly turned black, becoming a black lotus.
Although he had attained spirit communication, he had long been unable to step out of the first layer, constantly trapped in the first layer.
However, he had accidentally learned of a secret method by which he could raise this disciple, and finally have the disciple feed back into himself, helping him break through the first layer.
Of course, when the time came Labu Yangzong would still have to die. Otherwise, why would he have chosen someone like Labu Yangzong as a disciple?
But now all his previous efforts were wasted.
This secret method had been passed down since ancient times. Those with extremely high cultivation, in order to sever the Dao, would choose an abandoned infant and pour all their heart’s blood into raising the child, even more dearly than their own flesh and blood.
But when the child grew to a certain point, they would personally kill the child, thereby seeing through the mortal world and severing the Dao with the heart.
Clearly the Vajra Guru was using a similar method.
Only now, all of this had just been destroyed by Luo Chen.
“Alas, why bother? In that case I can only kill you as well, to quell my rage.” The Vajra Guru spoke very lightly and calmly, but the clouds in the sky turned black.
“Moreover, since you watched him die, then you shall accompany him to death as well.” The Vajra Guru gave a cold laugh.
Everyone’s throats went dry.
“Guru, this has nothing to do with us. He acted alone. I beg you to investigate right and wrong clearly.” Many people spoke up.
The Vajra Guru merely gave a cold laugh, ignored them, and looked towards that foreign Spirit Communicator on the lake surface.
“I came today intending to stop you and fight you, but now I have changed my mind. I only demand that he be killed, and then I will turn and leave. As for what you do, it no longer concerns me!” The moment the Vajra Guru spoke these words, panic showed on everyone’s faces.
“Hehe, then many thanks.” That Spirit Communicator also gave a cold laugh.
“I had thought there would be a fierce battle coming here today. I did not expect you to start internal strife first, allowing me to watch a good show.”
“If you do not stop me, and the Living Buddha does not appear, who in this Tibetan region can stop me?” That Spirit Communicator gave a cold laugh, appearing particularly pleased.
“I also did not expect that you Huaxia people would be so disunited, that someone would dare to be so foolish!” With one sentence, the Spirit Communicator made everyone feel as though they had been fiercely slapped across the face.
“You caused my disciple to be utterly discredited, so what about you?”
“From today onwards, you will be the sinner of the entire Tibetan region.” The Vajra Guru was clearly preparing to repay him in kind.
“Hehehe, I am the sinner, so what are you?”
“I killed your disciple, so you can abandon your duty and responsibility, and then refuse to act. What a fine excuse?” Luo Chen gave a cold laugh.
But no one supported Luo Chen. Sometimes reason is one thing, but facts are another matter entirely.
Even Lin Hualong was disappointed in Luo Chen.
Completely disregarding the bigger picture, not even possessing the responsibility that a Huaxia person should have.
Such a person was too selfish.
“You started the internal strife first, and you caused the disturbance first. What has it to do with me?” The Vajra Guru gave a cold laugh.
“Even if it concerns me, so what?”
“I simply will not act. What can you do to me?” The Vajra Guru laughed coldly, directly refusing to reason and using facts to suppress others.
“Hmph, ridiculous.” Luo Chen actually sneered.
“Do you think my Huaxia has no one?”
“Does the face of Huaxia and the safety of the Tibetan region need you to decide?”
“You think rather too highly of yourself.”
“Across vast rivers and mountains, dragons and tigers lie hidden, far beyond your imagination. Who do you think you are? You think too much of yourself.” Luo Chen spoke with disdain.
“Moreover, you have misunderstood one thing. There is a saying, to raise a child without teaching is the father’s fault, to teach without strictness is the teacher’s laziness!” Luo Chen said coldly.
“When he committed crimes, you also bore responsibility. I came to kill, and it is not just one person, but also you!”
“And that one over there. My great nation, how could it allow vermin like you to invade?”
“If you dare tread upon my country’s soil, then I shall turn you completely into mud!” The moment Luo Chen spoke these words.
Not to mention the others present.
Even that foreign Spirit Communicator and the Vajra Guru were stunned.
This tone was truly too arrogant.
And too disrespectful of the two of them.
Lin Hualong was also frozen in place.
Luo Chen was now not only provoking the Spirit Communicator, but actually provoking two at the same time.
Everyone looked at Luo Chen in horror.
“And you lot, every one of you good-for-nothings. When something really happens, you only know to beg others, yet do not know that begging others is not as good as relying on yourself.”
“Your safety, your lives and dignity, were all obtained by kneeling, all obtained by begging. What use is such safety and dignity?” Luo Chen directly cursed aloud, making everyone’s faces flush red.
“Not a drop of courage among you. Better to die standing than to live kneeling.”
“Such grand words. I estimate you only dare to show such integrity because you know you cannot survive.” Someone spoke up in defiance.
“Hehe, die?” Luo Chen gave a cold laugh.
“Open your dog eyes wide and see clearly how the two of them die!” Luo Chen directly turned and walked towards the lake surface.
Then he looked at the Vajra Guru.
“Come here and meet your death.”
“And you, come along too!” Luo Chen gave a cold laugh.
“You are too arrogant, simply arrogant to the point of lawlessness.” The Vajra Guru spoke coldly.
They were Spirit Communicators. When had they ever been so contemptuously treated?
Since even Grandmasters could not be insulted.
Then what more need be said of Spirit Communicators like them?
That was completely intolerant of even a hint of disrespect.
“Very well, then I shall send you on your way.” The Vajra Guru directly leaped into the air, crossing several dozen metres in one step, and landed on the surface of Lake La’ang Tso. “Although I need not act, since you just humiliated me, then I do not mind sending you on your way either!” That foreign Spirit Communicator also gave a cold snort, and a white elephant directly charged forth.
