The black metal corridor was covered in dust.
The earlier laser fire had left only faint marks on the floor.

The Heavy Force Jack slowly but steadily continued lifting the hatch.
At the entrance to the corridor, the Cloud Contact Vine armour rapidly spread across Luo Feng’s entire body, completely covering even his head.
At first glance, he looked like a blood red statue.

Luo Feng suddenly lunged forward, skimming close to the ground as he rushed inside.

The blood red armour covering him flickered repeatedly, seeming delighted by the promise.

The Heavy Force Jack beside him suddenly disappeared.
The hatch immediately crashed shut once more, slamming heavily against the metal floor.
“I’ve put the Heavy Force Jack away,” Babata said.
Luo Feng looked around.
He was now standing inside a broad, straight corridor.
“Babata, where do we go now?”
The pitch black passage gave Luo Feng no indication of what dangers might lie ahead.
“Haha, Luo Feng, you’ve already entered the Black Dragon Mountain X81 spacecraft. Relax, there’s no danger now,” Babata said. “Come on, head straight to the command room. Plug the signal transmitter into the spacecraft’s intelligent system interface. Once I’m connected to the ship’s intelligence, I’ll find a way to break through its intelligent defences and take control.”
“Understood.”
Luo Feng nodded.
A small object resembling a laptop memory card suddenly appeared before him.
Luo Feng immediately reached out and grabbed it.
“Just insert the gold coloured end into the interface. Now let’s head to the command room,” Babata instructed.
“Lead the way,” Luo Feng said mentally.

Lines of Universal Language text appeared across the screens.
Translated, they read…
“Planetary rank human spirit reader detected.”
“Threat assessment, weak.”
“Action authorised…”
“Terminate target.”

Meanwhile, deep within the Black Dragon Mountain X81 spacecraft, lights suddenly came on inside a sealed chamber on the lowest deck.
Standing motionless inside were three metal robots.
Each stood around 2.1 metres tall.
Their bodies were entirely black, while their eyes consisted of red crystal lenses.
Ding!
The instant the spacecraft’s intelligent system transmitted its command, all three pairs of red crystal eyes lit up.
Click. Click. Click.
Energy rapidly surged through their bodies.
The sealed chamber doors automatically opened.
The three robots shot out one after another like streaks of black light.
Travelling rapidly along the lower deck corridor, they soon reached the middle deck.
At that moment, Luo Feng was climbing the stairs from the middle deck to the upper deck.
Luo Feng quickly reached the upper corridor.
“Luo Feng, three metal robots are rapidly approaching from behind,” Babata warned.
Luo Feng’s expression changed dramatically.
He immediately leapt backwards, creating some distance while staring intently at the stairway entrance.
His feet could already feel faint vibrations travelling up from below.
The vibrations came from something sprinting at tremendous speed.
“Babata, didn’t you say there was no danger after entering the spacecraft?”
“This spacecraft has been sunk for over eight hundred thousand years. Yet somehow it’s still maintaining these robots so they’re fully operational. That’s incredible,” Babata exclaimed. “The owner must have left enormous energy reserves in the storage room to keep everything functioning until today.”
Luo Feng had no time to argue.
Because…
The robots had arrived.
Boom!
A streak of black shot up the stairs onto the upper deck.
Luo Feng immediately saw the robot clearly.
Its body was entirely forged from black metal, with glowing red eyes.
Compared to its body, however, its fists looked strangely oversized.
They resembled two massive war hammers.

The blood red fragment moved at an astonishing speed, slicing directly towards the neck of the third metal robot.
Its goal was to sever the robot’s head completely.

A harsh metallic sound rang out.
Sparks erupted from the robot’s neck.
The Crimson Mixed Copper Mother fragment, which had been travelling at incredible speed, was instantly deflected away.
The tremendous impact also sent the robot flying backwards.
