“Io, follow the leading flying saucer-shaped aircraft,” Luo Feng ordered.
Wearing a black suit, Luo Feng saw the suit on his body begin to flow and change instantly. It quickly shrank and disappeared, revealing a white shirt underneath. After removing the white shirt, a black vest underneath was exposed, and blades flew out from within the vest.
Whoosh, whoosh. They rapidly assembled and formed a pair of wing-like weapons, the Dun Tian Shuttle.
“This time it is a sea beast tide. There must be countless of them. Bringing the Golden Thread Net would probably be a hindrance,” Luo Feng thought. He did not bring the Golden Thread Net. That tool was only useful in one on one combat.
A black membrane covered his entire body, quickly transforming into a combat suit style.
A black helmet also appeared on his head.

As the voice came from the communication watch, Luo Feng said softly, “Io, open the hatch.”

The hatch opened. Luo Feng, in black combat suit, wearing a helmet and carrying the Blood Shadow Battle Saber, stepped on the Dun Tian Shuttle and flew straight out into the sky. The intelligent combat aircraft’s hatch closed again and hovered in mid air.
Flying saucer shaped aircrafts rapidly descended into the front line base below. This base was built on a section of the Huangpu River, where the waterway had been blocked by large amounts of rock, reinforced steel, and concrete. On top of it stood a massive steel and concrete war fortress.
Large cold glinting gun barrels protruded from firing ports.
“This is a first level beast tide,” Luo Feng said in shock as he looked down from a thousand meters in the air.
The Huangpu River, an important route for sea beasts to invade inland from the East Sea, had over decades become vastly wider and deeper than before the Great Nirvana period. No one knew how many water beasts lurked within it.
The war base had completely blocked this section of the river, preventing passage.
At this moment.
Boom, boom, boom. The sound of artillery fire shook the sky like collapsing heaven and earth.

“Luo Feng, Lei Meng, please eliminate some of the lord level water beasts that have landed,” Li Dawei’s voice came through the communication watch.
“Lord level?” Luo Feng looked down.
He immediately saw a water beast about fifteen to sixteen meters long, with a huge turtle shell on its back. The shell had raised bumps with a faint dark gold glow. Its head looked like that of a dinosaur, with a hard skull and a black horn. Its jaw looked like a saw blade, no one doubted its power.
It was moving rapidly without stopping for a moment.
“Cannot lock on, too fast,” an operator at an artillery position on a tall building a kilometer away said anxiously. “These lord level beasts have all become intelligent. After suffering losses, once they land, none of them stop even for a second.”
Laser cannons were fast, but still required human activation.
Human reaction time plus pressing the button made it impossible to accurately target them.

Shells over 100mm in calibre rained down on the front line. The land between the river and the base, about two hundred meters wide, had become a sea of fire. Countless water beasts charged forward, while the war fortress unleashed continuous firepower.

The entire war base shook violently.
“A powerful water beast is attacking the base foundation underwater,” someone shouted.
“Enough warm up. Time for the real fight?” Li Dawei remained calm. “Deploy solidified incendiary bombs within a one kilometre radius of the base.”
“Yes!”
An officer could not help but ask, “Commander, isn’t it a bit early?”
“It is not early,” Li Dawei said with a rare smile. “We have an Invincible War God helping us this time, and he also has a Black God Suit. His effect is beyond imagination.”
“Connect to Luo Feng.”
“Inspector Luo Feng, please enter the water and eliminate the large water beasts attacking the base foundation,” Li Dawei requested.
