PDE Chapter 544

Ye Chu clashed with the six men, his attacks fierce and his intent fully concentrated. Every strike aimed directly at their vital points, each one exceptionally sharp and deadly, making the numerous cultivators below watch with palpitations.

The combat power of the six Kings went without saying. When they coordinated, their might was extraordinary. Even though Ye Chu was a prodigy King, he still felt heavily strained and was repeatedly forced back. Were it not for his exceptional speed, he would likely have been severely injured long ago.

Even so, Ye Chu remained in constant danger.

Ye Chu blocked another attack, his figure retreating several steps. His body tensed, his eyes fixed firmly on them. Ye Chu had to admit their formidable strength. Fighting four or five Kings was no trouble for him, but with six Kings joining forces, he found it somewhat difficult to withstand.

Kings were extraordinary after all. Anyone who cultivated to this level possessed their own unique skills. Moreover, having dwelled at the King realm for so many years, the lethality of their ultimate techniques had grown even stronger.

If not for his continuous slaughter and battles along the way, he would have fallen short merely in terms of combat experience.

Yet while Ye Chu was alarmed by their strength, they were equally startled by his combat prowess. Ye Chu never hesitated or dragged out his moves. Every strike was inevitably a sharp killing blow, carrying even more murderous intent than theirs.

How old was Ye Chu? How could his techniques be so tricky and piercing? After cultivating for so many years and enduring countless battles, they still could not match him! This young man was simply too terrifying!

The six exchanged glances, thinking that if they allowed this young man time to grow, he might well become another powerhouse in the Qing Domain. But since he had broken the rules of the Heavenly Prodigy Path, he would no longer have such an opportunity.

“Form the array! Leave no one alive!” the black-robed elder in charge roared. His power surged forth, transforming into a ferocious beast. The beast howled, baring its fangs and claws as it charged towards Ye Chu to kill.

The six deployed their formation. Although it was not particularly intricate, it substantially boosted their combat power, placing even greater pressure on Ye Chu.

“Surrender! This is only the six of us fighting. If the cultivators below attacked together, you would have already been defeated,” the black-robed elder stared at Ye Chu and shouted.

Ye Chu sneered. “Before I reached the King realm, I could already slay the three Kings of the Rao family. Now that I have reached the King realm, you six may be formidable, but do you truly think you can overcome me?”

As he spoke, a towering intent surged from his body. Chilling murderous will billowed out, causing his clothes to flutter in the wind. His fingers flicked, and sword light converged into a long blade gripped in his palm. The sword light swept out, its edge fully exposed.

“Sword Execution!” Ye Chu roared, his sword intent sharp and cold as it swept outward. In the past, Ye Chu had slain three Kings with Sword Execution. Now, his Sword Execution was far more piercing, incomparable to before. Although the six joined forces with terrifying might, Ye Chu still blocked them on his own.

The six were startled by his ferocity, but Ye Chu danced his sword light fiercely, striking violently at the six opponents.

Ye Chu was terrifying. Every strike he made was vicious. He clashed together with the six!

The battle between them was fierce, with spiritual energy flying everywhere. Every strike generated waves of power. Between the explosive bursts of energy, it made the onlookers scalp tingle. If such force struck the city walls, it would surely shatter the bluestone blocks.

As the surging power swept across, it crashed into the grand array of the cultivators below. Their expressions changed drastically as they channelled energy to defend themselves. Even so, some cultivators felt a stinging, burning pain from the backlash.

The seven figures shifted through the void, unleashing various ultimate techniques continuously. The six Kings were extraordinary, and their moves were extremely vicious. Every strike targeted Ye Chu’s vital points, making the spectators shudder with horror.

The combat was intense. By the end, only flying spiritual energy remained in the arena. It was impossible to distinguish which of the seven was who.

The clash was domineering and brutal, leaving the crowd with racing hearts.

“Bang…”

After another clash, both Ye Chu and the six Kings showed signs of strain. Ye Chu’s arm trembled, blood spilled from the corner of his mouth, and his appearance was thoroughly dishevelled. Likewise, the six Kings were in no better state. They looked dishevelled and bore bloodstains, clearly injured. The six now stared fixedly at Ye Chu.

The crowd drew in sharp breaths, staring directly at Ye Chu. No one had expected him to be this strong. Six Kings besieged him, yet he still managed to bleed them. One could only imagine just how formidable his combat power was.

“Damn it, is he really growing braver with each fight? The stronger the opponent, the stronger his combat power becomes?” the crowd cursed under their breath, all eyes fixed on Ye Chu.

“What do you think? You cannot overcome me. If you are sensible, let me pass!” Ye Chu said coldly, staring at the six. “If you are not sensible, I will inevitably have to claim one of your lives.”

Ye Chu’s threat made the six men’s expressions grow even darker. The black-robed elder in charge sneered. “You are indeed extraordinary. Fighting six of us alone and still holding the upper hand exceeds our expectations. But do you truly believe that waiting for you here means we only have these measures?”

Ye Chu laughed loudly, pointing at the crowd below. “You mean the layers of cultivators surrounding us, inside and out. Do you think these trash, combined with a broken array, can overcome me? That is far too dismissive of me!”

“Whether they are trash or the array is broken, you will soon find out!” the black-robed elder snorted angrily. “Before that, let me show you a weapon.”

As the elder spoke, he waved his arm. A weapon shimmering with flowing light appeared out of thin air. The moment it manifested, the radiance of the sun and moon entwined around it, and the surrounding spiritual energy surged towards it.

The elder and the weapon fused perfectly together, and his aura abruptly shifted.

“A Sun and Moon Artifact!” Ye Chu’s expression changed as he stared fixedly at his opponent. He had not expected the other party to possess such a thing. Moreover, judging by their compatibility, it was clearly refined to an exceptionally proficient level.

Ye Chu did not lack Sun and Moon Artifacts himself, but he simply could not utilise them. Weapons at the Sun and Moon tier would choose their cultivator. If one could not achieve compatibility, even holding it would only allow it to be used as an ordinary weapon, serving no significant purpose.

However, if one could achieve personal compatibility, it would undoubtedly cause a massive surge in the cultivator’s strength.

Ye Chu had to be cautious. A King wielding a Sun and Moon Artifact was vastly stronger than an ordinary King.

“For the sacred liquid, you are truly willing to spare no expense,” Ye Chu smiled. “It seems you will not rest until you kill me today.”

“Bow your head and admit guilt, and I may spare your life!” the black-robed elder, holding the Sun and Moon Artifact, stared at Ye Chu and shouted. “You should know that with the formation deployed today, you have no power to escape.”

“Hahaha…” Ye Chu suddenly burst into laughter. “Escape? I have never once considered fleeing. What if I simply carve my way out from here today? Since you desire a river of blood, I shall oblige you.”

As he spoke, Ye Chu’s figure transformed into a sharp arrow, shooting towards the numerous cultivators below, roaring furiously, “Those who block me shall die!”
